A. REGISTAR’S OFFICE
The Registrar’s Office offers its services from:
7:30 a.m. – 12:00 noon Monday thru Friday
1:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday
8:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon Saturday

Services:
1. Issuance of transcript of records/certificate of enrolment
2. Evaluation of grades for admission/graduation
3. Registration of pupils/students
4. Issues forms


B. ACCOUNTING OFFICE
The Accounting Office offers it’s services form:
7:30 a.m. – 12:00 noon Monday thru Friday
1:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday
8:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon Saturday
Services:
1. Receives and issues official receipts of various payments
2. Prepares pupil’s/student ledger
3. Prepares and issues statement of accounts of pupils/students
4. Issues admission slips during examination

TUITION PAYMENTS
Tuition and other school fees are to be paid monthly.

REFUND GUIDELINES
A pupil/student who withdraws after June 30 of the current school year will be charged the tuition for the first semester, up to October of the current school year.
A pupil/student who withdraws after the second semester has begun will be charged the tuition up to March 31 of the current school year.

8:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon Saturday
Services
1.) Recommends new pupils/students for admission based on entrance tests result.
2.) Orientation services for new and old pupils/students and parents
3.) Administration and interpretation of tests results e.g. Mental Ability (OLSAT); Diagnostic Test, Personality tests; Interests and Checklists;
4.) Individual and Group Counseling for every year level (Group Guidance/Support Group sessions)

6.) Vocation/Career Guidance
7.) Remedial and Enrichment Service
8.) Research and Evaluation
9.) Follow-up Services
10.) Services to Administration, Teachers and Parents

D. LIBRARY
7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday
8:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon Saturday
Services:
1.) Library Orientation- The librarian conducts a library orientation to promote better and maximum use of the library resources and facilities.
2.) Acquisition- The library is responsible for the acquisition of library books and non- book materials.
3.) Classifying and Cataloging- The library classifies and catalogs books and other material prior to circulation.
4.) Reference/ Reader’s Advisory Service- The library staff assists both pupils/students in securing and in using the library resources for study and research purposes.
5.) Circulation Service- Given to HSS clientele who want to borrow recreational, home reading and educational materials for their growth and development.
6.) Bibliographic Service- The faculty and interested pupils/students are provided with annotated bibliography of new acquisitions.
7.) Reserve-book Service- Books which are set aside by faculty members as required or recommended reading for their classes are withdrawn from the open stack collection and placed close to the circulation desk so that they can be readily borrowed.
8.) Home Indexes- For easy location and information needed, the library staff indexes a good number of periodicals with articles relevant to the school curriculum.
9.) Information File- The library provides up-to-date supplementary information (from pamphlets, leaflets, clippings from newspaper and periodicals) on all subjects that have a bearing on the school curriculum.
10.) Audiovisual Materials- The library staff attends to the needs of the teaching staff and pupils/students and prepares the AV materials for use.
11.) Photo Copy Service- To meet the needs of the library users, photo copy service is offered.
